We understand that catheter care can raise many questions. At Uryflow Urology Services, we believe in transparency and clear communication. Here are some of the most common questions our patients ask — and the answers you can trust.

We currently provide home-based urology and catheter care across London, Broxbourne, and Epping Forest.

All procedures are carried out by certified, NMC-registered nurses with specialist urology experience.

Simply fill out our Uryflow access form online or contact us by phone or email. Once reviewed, we’ll confirm your appointment date.

If you are experiencing ongoing pain, please contact our nursing team on  0800 852 7477 during our working hours, your GP, or NHS 111 for further advice.

For immediate or serious clinical emergencies, for example if the patient is acutely unwell such as with suspected sepsis, inability to pass urine accompanied by pain, or uncontrolled bleeding, please call 999 or go directly to your nearest A&E department.
